Toolkit

Overview

This toolkit has been developed from our project “Strengthening Data Ecosystems for Education in India.” We began our research by speaking to experts in education, technology, and data governance to understand the problem and opportunity areas in this domain. The preliminary insights from these interviews were used to conduct two workshops at MozFest 2022, where participants were encouraged to think about the current state and future of data in education. In both workshops, edtech was presented as an ecosystem, where one can reflect on the experience of various stakeholders, and their interdependence.

We have shared our main tools from the research phase here for anyone who wishes to replicate – or learn from – our work. These tools can help you start conversations around education technology and data governance, or provide a useful lens into other enquiries.
